Professional Background
Tim is an accomplished litigator who has achieved favorable results for his clients through verdicts and settlements. At the outset of his career, he gained invaluable experience interning for a Supreme Court Justice in Nassau County and then later working for a Long Island insurance defense firm. He was recruited to RTP and has been an integral member of the firm for over 20 years. In addition to his trial successes, Tim has won numerous pre-trial dismissals of significant cases.
