Professional Background
Michelle has achieved an AV Peer Review rating of “Preeminent.” She started her career working for a Long Island insurance defense firm where she had a proven litigation track record representing clients in jury trials and at the appellate level. While raising her family, she turned to being a solo practitioner, where she thoughtfully and successfully focused on drafting and arguing many hundreds of appeals, motions, and legal memoranda for both plaintiffs and defendants.
She came to RTP in 2022, re-joining former colleagues. Her passion for legal writing continues, alongside her litigation case management work on the firm's wide array of matters.
